9 am – Judging starts

12:30 pm – Judging ends

• • Announcement will be made that judging has concluded, students should break down posters and take with them when they leave. Students will leave board, tripod and clips at space.
  • All students and judges must leave building

12:45 pm – Floor reset for award ceremony

2:45 pm – Awards

4:45pm – End
